SBI is a vital financial partner for our clients. It was a great experience to work with a very professional and client-oriented team and it was reflected in the finished product. Standard took on a lot of risks to get the project completed in time and space was turned over on the date, as promised.
The difference between SBI and other CM’s is their ability to self-perform labor related to Infection Control risk mitigation. The fact that the workers report directly to the on-site Superintendent benefits their clients both by cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
The CM approach served us right through the entire process, from putting together the design specifications and bid packages, to help us decide how to award the contracts…. Standard Builders created a team atmosphere from the start which provided additional benefits.

Safety has always been a top priority for Standard Builders…..Particular detail was given to careful planning of securing the safety of those actively working on a project, as well as the safety of the hospital staff, patients and visitors. With the detailed planning prior to the execution of a specific portion of a project, interruption to patient care activities has been virtually eliminated.
